Overview
Know your gas — at every stage
Biogas composition changes continuously with feedstock and digester conditions. Online analysis of methane, carbon dioxide, oxygen and hydrogen sulphide is essential to control digestion and upgrading, protect engines and compressors, and prove CBG quality before dispatch or grid injection.
Urjika supplies two types of analyzer: a cabinet-mounted online analyzer that monitors up to eight measuring points continuously, and a rugged portable analyzer for spot checks, leak checks and verification in the field.

Use an online analyzer for continuous process and quality monitoring. A portable analyzer complements it for spot checks, verification and leak detection. PNGRB guidelines for grid injection expect both continuous online monitoring and a handheld analyser at the plant.
