Over 15 years of experience in CGD (CNG operations & maintenance and CNG & PNG projects) with Indraprastha Gas Limited and MNGL, along with vast experience in product development, approvals and certifications.
Expertise in CNG project implementation (end-to-end solutions) and operation and maintenance of the complete CNG setup. Product design, development and validation expert.
Designed, developed, validated, obtained PESO approval for, supplied and commissioned CNG dispensers and a PSA oxygen plant.
Expertise in strategic thinking, market analytics, industry rules, regulations and standards, planning and management, operations and developing scopes — keeping projects moving, submitting deliverables on time and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
With over 22 years of proven expertise in the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Mukesh Dawar stands as a self-made and highly respected business personality. A true veteran of civil works and turnkey EPC contracts, he has successfully executed projects for leading PSUs including BPCL, HPCL, IOCL, GAIL, IGL and GGL.
Having spearheaded the construction of 50+ CNG stations across India, Mr. Dawar brings unmatched domain knowledge in EPC contracts for CNG stations, refineries, pipeline terminals and allied infrastructure. His track record as a refinery EPC contractor and a trusted partner for critical PSU projects reflects his commitment to quality, timeliness and innovation in project execution.
Recognized as a known name in the Oil & Gas sector, he has consistently delivered excellence in civil turnkey project management and in the supply of goods and services for some of India’s most prestigious energy companies.
